Udicer also delivers inspections for issue, renewal and validation of security certificates for crafts and all the verifications planned by the Nautical Code and by the actualization\u2019s rules. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wk-panel-title\">About marine equipment directive<\/h3>\n<p>Udicer\/Nautitest is also Notified Body for Marine Equipment Directive (MED) 2014\/90\/UE, and it implements all the planned certifications for the SHIPSWHEEL COMPLIANCE BRAND about inflatable and stiff rescue boats, assistance crafts, rescue boats engines, etcetera. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wk-panel-title\">Organization and team<\/h3>\n<p>The staff is composed of skilled professionals that present themselves to users in a more complete and productive new way, that opens to a different relationship between ship owners and control body: a ship and a boat are not the same, and they are not subject to the same technical and construction rules. Therefore an inspection on a boat for a security certification or a validation can be positively carried on without \u201cexcessive weight \u201d for the users, maybe with absurd requests, only through a specific nautical knowledge. <\/p>\n<p>In addition to the headquarter, housed in an eminent Eighteenth Century\u2019s villa along the renowned Brenta\u2019s Riviera, close to Venice, the Company has a Technical Management Office in Padova (via Giacinto Andrea Longhin, 3) and secondary operative offices in all the Italian coastal regions and also in Lombardia and Piemonte. There are UDICER \u201crepresentations\u201d in Croazia, Grecia, Malta, Francia, Spagna, Cipro, Tunisia, Principato di Monaco, Cina, Emirati Arabi. <\/p>\n<p>Surveyors, that refer to a lean, modern and efficient organization, are easily activated without odd formalities and they attend in a very quick time. It is enough, for example, to make a call to request a periodic visit to renew the security certificate, that will be accomplished within two days starting from the call, with instant release of the certification. <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wk-panel-title\">Med and pleasure boating tests<\/h3>\n<p>Udicer has the following technological supports:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>tests and analysis laboratory, both for PLEASURE BOATING PRODUCTS and for MED PRODUCTS, where it is possible to implement mechanical examinations on every kind of metal, alloy, p.r.f.v., etcetera, and also chemical analysis, radiographies, electronic microscope, lack and damage surveys and whatever is essential for the shipbuilding industry;<\/li>\n<li>the laboratory for marine engine\u2019s emissions;<\/li>\n<li>the laboratory for not destructive tests on any material, fiberglass and composites included;<\/li>\n<li>the laboratory for textiles;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>UDICER makes use of laboratories settled by Accredia and\/or by tests settled by Accredia or validated by UDICER. Our Body also carries out &#8220;home tests&#8221; (by transportable equipments also among the manufacturer) for the followings:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u25ba CRASH TEST FOR STEERING WHEELS<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u25ba ASSESSMENT OF ENGINE\u2019S GAS EMISSIONS BY PORTABLE ANALYSER<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u25ba PRESSURE CYCLE TEST FOR PORTABLE AND FIXED FUEL TANKS<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u25ba SOUNDMETRIC MEASUREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wk-panel-title\">Nautical Body of the Republic of San Marino<\/h3>\n<p>Udicer has renewed the agreement with the Republic of San Marino as technical body of the Registry of Naval Recreational section.<br \/>Performs on behalf of the Republic security inspections and inspections for the purposes of registration\u00a0and maintaining the registration of recreational craft in the Nautical Register.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wk-panel-title\">Technical Body for World Sailing<\/h3>\n<p>Udicer is a certification body for WORLD SAILING (International Sailing Federation), which is the world organization for the sport of sailing, officially recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC).<br \/>Our Body, on behalf of World Sailing, performs the so-called \u201cOSR Structural Plan Review\u201d of the boat, that is the necessary verifications to the release of the World Sailing certification of approval of the hull and the structure of the unit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWORLD SAILING OFFSHORE SPECIAL REGULATIONS CERTIFICATE OF STRUCTURAL PLAN REVIEW\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This certification is necessary to participate in national and international regattas that take place under the aegis of World Sailing\u00a0and may affect the individual vessel, at the request of the shipowner or the builder\u2019s yard, or the prototype unit, with a request from the construction site manufacturer for the certification of series production.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Presidente Ente Tecnico: Ing.
